The name “Grand” does not do justice to this impressive canyon. Being approximately 277 miles long, about 18 miles wide and a mile deep, this vast gorge in Northern Arizona is truly astonishing.For over six thousand generations, the Grand Canyon has grown immensely with the help of the great Colorado River, and for hundreds of years, visitors from all over the world have travelled to stare out over its orange and red splendour.
Washington D.C.
The nation’s capital city experiences warm climate during spring, but hundreds of cherry trees that erupt into blossom along the Tidal basin art Washington’s main attraction. Over a million visitors flood the streets of D.C annually to savour in the National Cherry Blossom Festival.
Beyond the regular Washington attractions — the monuments, the U.S. Capitol, the Smithsonian museums — you will also find fantastic food, nightlife scenes and arts. U.S. Virgin Islands
Every spring, St. Thomas grants the ideal cure from post-winter dejection: Carnivals with delicious food, decorated costumes and festive parades, this island-wide festivity is one of the beets the Caribbean have to offer. The Virgin Islands are the American’s “Caribbean Paradise” — the place where they go to see moko jumbies dance at Carnivals, smell the spices in saltfish pate or listen to patois in a Creole dialect. Just a couple minutes away from Toronto lies the Algonquin Provincial Park, 4,800 square miles of dense forest, zigzagging rivers and tranquil lakes. Paddle along the river in a canoe for the best sight of red oaks and maple trees showing vivid tones that are reflected in the water. For what may be the most stunning drive in the world take on the artistic-like landscape of the Niagara Parkway or, if would prefer to explore by foot, trek among generation-old trees to the of the cliff-side at the Bruce Peninsula National Park.
Yellowstone
In fall the Yellowstone is free of camera-wielding tourists and is ready for you to watch its amazing transformation from summer into autumn without any bother.
With lofty peaks and immaculate Lakes, Yellowstone is a nature lover's paradise. Colourful pools twist around hot springs; leafy forests loop through sweeping meadows, and evaporative geysers spew streams os vapour toward the sky. There is no doubt that the park is indeed a wonder. While you roam the park’s 3000 square miles of hills and mountains, geysers, waterfalls and gorges, be prepared to run into permanent residents such as Elks, Grizzlies and buffalos.

While it is fall in North America, this means it is time for spring in Australia, and Melbourne will be blossoming with vibrant flowers. The temperature is typically mild around this time of year, which gives yo the perfect opportunity to snap photos of the Royal Botanical Gardens or view the Twelve Apostles at Port Campbell National Park.
This big-small town is home to over four million people. No, it's not an oxymoron. Melbourne has all the adornments of a major city — energetic neighbourhoods, award-winning cuisine and fun activities — but Melbourne locals manage to carry out their urban bustle at an unhurried pace.
